When your fur item arrives, please shake the fur and hang for 24 hours to let the fur bounce back to it's original state.
DO NOT apply heat directly to your fur item in any circumstance. If your fur gets wet, shake the fur and hang to dry.
If you are not wearing your fur, for example during summer time, please ensure you store your fur away from the sun as the lighting can change the colour of your fur. We recommend buying one of our Milaana coat bags to store your furs throughout the summer.
